No, all military personnel has to go through a security brief when traveling outside of the U.S. there are countries that are a total no go.

The Navy can't go to TJ. I don't know where the other off limit areas are, but Cabo and Puerto Villarta are cool. Sucks to be Air Force, I imagine. I liked how at DLI the Airmen got the three-tries-you're-out method. Especially with the one who got caught snorting coke in his barracks room.
